The Peer Leaders club is a group of students focused on developing leadership skills, community involvement, and kindness. During their December meeting, they wrapped each fourth grader’s desk to help spread holiday cheer.

UPK students enjoy festive, hands-on learning activities. Mrs. Ventimiglia’s UPK class decorated ugly sweaters on paper in honor of Sylvan Avenue’s Ugly Sweater Day.

Sylvan celebrated World Read Aloud Day, welcoming community and district members into classrooms to share the joy and power of reading with students. The event highlighted the importance of literacy while strengthening connections between students and the community.
