Congratulations to Mr. Haas, BBP's new Superintendent of Schools!
After extensive review, multiple rounds of interviews, stakeholder input, and careful deliberation, the Board confirmed what many in our community already believed: the right person to lead us is already here.
Few educational leaders can match Mr. Haas's depth of experience within a single school community. His lifelong connection to BBP provides him with a unique understanding of our district's traditions, values, and aspirations. He understands what makes this community special because he has lived it—as a student, educator, administrator, and leader.
We invite the school community to attend the Board of Education meeting on July 7, where Mr. Haas will be formally appointed as Superintendent of Schools. His tenure as superintendent will officially begin on August 1.
