Community Service Recognition Program

 

The Bayport-Blue Point High School community service recognition program is simple.  Students need to complete the Community Service Verification form, have it signed by the person supervising the activity, and submit it to the Main Office.  Please note that additional forms can be downloaded at the below link.

Students must complete a minimum of ten hours of community service to receive recognition, and can begin accumulating hours for the school year on July 1st preceding the beginning of school.  The Main Office will keep track of the total hours for a student throughout the school year.  The deadline for submission for all forms at the end of the school year is June 1st.

While we do understand that people don’t perform community service for the accolades, we do feel it is important to encourage and recognize our students for their efforts.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the main office.
