During the Feb. 28 Board of Education meeting, 46 student artists from Bayport-Blue Point High School, James Wilson Young Middle School and Academy Street, Blue Point and Sylvan Avenue elementary schools were recognized for having their artwork exhibited at The Catbird Seat Art Gallery and Vintage Shoppe.

Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction congratulated the students and encouraged them to “keep creating.”
