The recognitions continue to mount for Bayport-Blue Point High School this August, as the school was once again recognized by New York State as a Reward School.

“This recognition from the New York State Education Department is testament to our dedicated, high-quality teaching staff and our outstanding students,” said Principal Gaurav Passi. “We are proud to be recognized for our work.”

The status is bestowed upon schools that have made the most progress and/or those that have the highest achievement in the state without significant gaps in student achievement between subgroups. This is the third consecutive year the school has earned this designation.
