Committing to Their Futures

After experiencing successful athletic careers in the district, six Bayport-Blue Point High School seniors have been selected to compete on some of the nation’s top athletic teams this fall. During a commemorative letter of intent signing event at the school, six students put pen to paper to mark their commitments to their future schools, with one honored for being nominated to attend a military service academy.
“These individuals have worked tirelessly both in the classroom and on the athletic fields to achieve this honor,” said Timothy Mullins, director of physical education, health and interscholastic sports. “I am proud that these student-athletes will be continuing their athletic careers at some of the finest institutions in the country, an accomplishment that is a true testament to the athletes and their parents, teachers and coaches.”

The Bayport-Blue Point School District congratulates the following student-athletes and wishes them well in their postgraduate careers.
